ULAKPDF is a comprehensive set of PDF tools that allows you to perform more than 80 operations—including merging, splitting, converting, OCR, signing, and form creation—directly through your browser.

Developed by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM as part of the University IT Infrastructure Project and made available to universities, the ULAKPDF service is available for use by academic and administrative staff as well as students.
