Within the scope of TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL, the “Read & Publish” agreement with the Institute of Physics (IOP) covering the 2026–2028 period came into effect on January 1, 2026.

Under this agreement:

• All EKUAL member institutions will have access to IOPScience Extra and Electrochemical Society (ECS) content.
• Corresponding Authors affiliated with EKUAL member institutions can publish an unlimited number of articles in hybrid and Gold (fully Open Access) journals without paying Article Processing Charges (APCs).
• Articles submitted on or after January 1, 2026 are covered by this agreement.
